Rex L. Crawley, Ph.D. is the Department Head and an Associate Professor for Communications. Dr. Crawley has a bachelor’s degree in political science, master’s degree in public administration and doctorate in communications, all from Ohio University. He serves as a president elect for the American Cancer Society. Recently he has been elected president of the African American Communications and Culture division of the National Communication Association.
